Plan the view and recording system

First, review the mounting position and the detail you want to capture. Plan the areas that need a closer view and confirm the controls available through the intended recorder. Also, test the view before fixing the final mounting position.

Next, check the recorder’s stream support, incoming bandwidth and playback limits. The TC-H344S camera needs compatible equipment to deliver the planned result. Confirm the settings for the complete system before ordering.

Check lighting and installation details

IR night viewing is generally black and white. Rated illumination distance is different from the distance at which a person can be identified. Also, inspect the night image from the actual mounting position.

Finally, confirm the complete Spec code, hardware version and power requirements. Features can differ between versions with similar model names. Test live video and recorded playback together before regular use.
